Every since finding this salon I have been extremely happy after each appointment. It’s unlike any other salon experience I’ve ever had. They genuinely maintain the nicest environment with high quality work. I never hesitate to recommend them even if you have to travel it’s well worth it!

I wish I could give this salon a 5 star rating as I have been going here for many years now and always loved how my hair turned out through many different transformations. However, I have noticed some really damaging behaviour that the boss/owner of the salon has displayed towards staff, going so far as to literally yelling at her team members! While treating a client's hair!! Such a horrible experience for all of the clients in the salon at the time, not to mention the poor staff member! Nothing excuses this behaviour and the owner really needs to reflect on how this can impact the team culture and ultimately the service provided to clients of the salon. This experience has completely turned me off and I will not be going back.

Tyler cut and coloured my hair. She did a wonderful job. It did take a bit longer as she is still learning, but we'll worth the extra time. I have had lots of compliments on my hair cut!
