Jim is undoubtedly the best massage therapist in Melbourne! He has a vast knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics which allows him to accurately understand your issues and offer the most appropriate treatment. He has looked after my body over the last 5 years and was a significant factor in helping win the 2021 Stawell Gift! Above all this, Jim is an absolute ripper bloke and is heavily invested in the well being of each and every one of his clients.

I first met Jim after I had severely injured my calf and couldn't run. This was after 6 months of training and 5 weeks before my next marathon.. Jim quickly identified the problem and through fortnightly massages Jim miraculously fixed my calf in time for the marathon. Thanks to Jim I was able to run the entire 42.2km! Jim's determination to fix my calf and get me to the start line was inspirational. He took genuine interest in my running and loved chatting about my activities and learning about my sporting interests. Jim is incredibly focussed on helping his patients. He is clearly passionate about what he does and very professional and informative when discussing injuries and the functioning human body. I continue to see Jim for regular massages 2-3 months before every marathon. He has become my trusted 'medical team in my corner' helping me safely pursue my passion of long-distance running.

5/ 5

I found Jim 3 months ago while searching for an Active Release Technique (ART) practitioner in Melbourne, and have been a satisfied weekly customer since. I have been suffering from long distance running related injuries and tight muscles for over a year now and can say that it finally feels like I am making progress and recovering due to Jim's work on my posterior chain. Personally, he is a very friendly, nice and genuine guy who I enjoy chatting to while getting treated. I can't recommend him highly enough.
