This is the first time I’ve tried Myotherapy. I found the team at Myotherapy highly-skilled, very professional and friendly. The therapy itself was intense and at times painful. Keep in mind that this is not your regular massage or spa, it’s more like a chiro but for your muscles. A very deep press and alignment. Worth a try.

I can't recommend this place enough! I had my first visit today and straight away was impressed at how knowledgeable and friendly Stella was. She explained everything really well and I left with a HUGE improvement to my range of motion and felt so relaxed. If you have chronic pain and you need someone who just 'gets it' and will help you, this is the place.
