Sansiri Thai Massage and Spa – melbourne

Honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had! I had a pull in my neck which gave me a headache all day so I quickly booked in although I’d never been here before and advised the lady, Olive, very briefly about where I was hurting and she knew exactly what she was doing! I was incredibly tight but she’s made it so much better. Highly recommend. Thank you! I’ll definitely be returning in the future :)

Made a booking online for 2 massages at the same time, booking came through for one after the other which was not what was booked, called to clarify and they didn’t have availability at same time at any suitable times so asked to cancel, was told to cancel online, tried to cancel online only to be told as deposit had been taken had to cancel direct, called to try and do this only to be told they couldn’t refund. Asked to speak to a manager and told there was not one. It’s now been cancelled online but no confirmation on whether will get refund. Was told next time to call to book. There won’t be a next time.

I have always had a great massage at Sansiri. The staff is friendly. The place is clean and has a pleasant ambiance. I like their online booking system. I would definitely recommend this place for a therapeutic and relaxing experience.
