I called to book in for a couples massage, when we arrived we were getting shown to different rooms. I let the last know we booked for a couples massage together. They said if we are happy to come back they can. We were happy to just shop and wait around for 2 hours. My parents, sister and her fiance all had a massage that morning and said it was amazing. On the other hand myself and my partner had an hour massage the lady started with my back and was there most of the hour massage then went to my right leg and left arm then finished off with a few minutes on the next we were never flipped over to complete the front of the body, let alone finishing the back of the body. My partner had one side of his back done and then for a very short time the other. In between hour assage the lady left the room after herself and the other guy kept talking during the massage. When we got home we asked everyone else who had a massage that morning if they were flipped around, they said they were and got a completly different experience. I am very disappointed in the service and will not be back again or recommending anyone else there either.
