I've had exceptional customer service from the regular sales team. They would have received 5 ⭐'s, but I deducted a star because in the dispensary, I had an unfortunate experience with the pharmacist on duty. I must have annoyed them when I told them I was going to quickly check that all the item's were present and correct as per my preferred brands. Her response when I was finished and signed the prescriptions so she could get back to other duties was a little perplexing, she passed (threw) the items at me with such force they scattered all over the counter. Since that day I only go here for the fantastic prices on all the great products they sell, I don't get prescriptions filled here anymore. As I stated above the regular sales staff are brilliant and courteous every time I shop here. Chemist Warehouse truly can't be beaten on price in this rural location.
