WOW! What a great experience my partner and I had at Siam Retreat in North Adelaide. Was practically falling asleep during the full body massage - so relaxing. A brilliant sensory experience and treat, would recommend!

Booking with wrong massage store, never having any problems with in Norwood siam store. They always give me the best experience. However in here, forcing us to pay the 50% of money to secure the appointment. And ask all my bank details including my three digits security number. I refuse, forcing me to purchase a gift voucher. I been state I am really happy to pay the money by online transferring to secure my appointment. Still forcing me to purchase the gift card and refuse to refund it. Been report to SA consumer affairs. Worse experience ever.

I booked my massage 3 weeks in advance because I wanted to treat my partner and I for our anniversary only for them to incorrectly key in our booking details into their system. This is the first time we've both had a massage together and it was disappointing to say the least. Our slot was for 1.30PM and whoever that took our booking entered it as 1PM in their calendar. I even showed them the confirmation email that was sent to me in which they admitted it was a discrepancy on their end. When we arrived, they said that they could only offer a 30 minute session as they were fully booked that day. After we were done, they assured us that we would be compensated for their error and that they will reach out to me. It's been nearly two weeks and I've heard nothing. This whole experience has just left a sour taste in my mouth.

My friends and I felt satisfied with their body massage + facial treatment. They really put the right amount of pressure - you can ask for it to be more gentle if you want to. After facial, finished off with neck massage. Felt very relaxed upon drinking their hot tea.
