Had work done, only to get home and notice my van had been damaged down one side while in there garage. Absolute joke, always kept waiting, once for 4 or so hours just for a check up, when was told it would take 30mins, never get through to the people you ask for, never return your calls, the front desk are just rude, i could go on. Hopefully never have to deal with them again, feel 1 stars too much

CUSTOMERS BEWARE We were looking to purchase 2 vehicles. A transit from Manchester and a Ranger from Coatbridge but handled by Manchester. We were told there was no discount on the asking price, not even for purchasing two vehicles, we proceeded as we thought the vehicles were priced OK though high. Discussions took a few days mainly due to the notchulant and indifferent attitude of the salesman in Manchester. When we rang Coatbridge direct for information they always promised to ring us back but never did. When there was no reason to delay us any more we were informed that the Ranger we had been in discussion about for 5 days had been reserved by another customer I DONT BELIEVE THIS RANGER EVER EXISTED AT THIS PRICE. We found another Ranger in Bedford, We need a Truckman high roof on the back but this Ranger had a sliding shutter fitted, roughly the same price as a truckman high top, we asked if they could change the shutter for the Truckman and they said they could but they would charge us full price and knock nothing off for them keeping the rolling shutter which we would have paid for in the cost of the vehicle, thus overcharging us over £1400. We said we would want to keep the roller shutter under their terms and they said why would you want it. THIS IS DELIBERATE SALES PREVENTION BECAUSE I BELIEVE THE ADVERTISED VEHICLES DO NOT EXIST AT THE ADVERTISED PRICES, THIS IS FRAUD AND WE WONT BE BUYING SO MUCH AS A HUB CAP OFF THESE PEOPLE. I WILL SPEND MY THIRTY FIVE GRAND ELSEWHERE

I bought a car from Evans Halshaw yesterday on Saturday 23rd March. The service was brilliant and the Sales rep called Ben really helped me decide which car was best as I was torn between two Nissan Micras which were very similar but had a seat in both to get a good feel of them and taken my time to look. The rep was patient and not pushy. He answered any questions I had very well and went through all paperwork thoroughly. Very friendly, helpful and approachable staff. Highly recommended even if it's for a second hand car as they're in good condition.

Worst Dealership I have dealt with. Twice I have been kept waiting, even though my Bill has been settled prior to arriving! Picked up my Vehicle, still has the same warning lights on. Useless!
