I booked a sports massage but got more of a Swedish Chinese massage - back whacking. Wasn’t deep at all. Asked her to focus on releasing a specific area 3 times and she acknowledged my request but ignored it. Definitely not a qualified masseuse in sports. Kept running over the muscle.

First time tried a deep tissue massage here!! Yet, instead of getting deep tissue massage, the Masseus gave me a Thai Massage??!! She climbed on to my back without asking whether I’m okay or not, ended up when i got up my right upper shoulder so painful & my eyes blur for about 30minute (don’t know why it’s happened), I normally had deep tissue massage at Element wellness, and never ever they climb on to my back, and also they use hands instead of using elbow. Sad of having this horrible experience.
