A big thanks and appreciation to Mo on service reception in Altrincham, a person who has certainly gone above and beyond my expectations, and in addition a nice guy, respectful, polite, knowledgeable you and your colleagues on reception make up up a brilliant team and not forgetting the technicians in the workshop. This particular side of the operation/business is flawless sadly the sales tactics used by two individual salesmen at that time and the lack interest shown by the DP is deeply concerning. Thanks.

I upgraded my Fiesta today, part exchanging my old one. I was helped by Adam. He was incredibly helpful and patient and made the whole business most enjoyable. I have used the Altrincham branch for years and would never go anywhere else.

Ordered a new pickup truck. 6 1/2 month later they have cancelled the contract. I never received my vehicle and have been lied to constantly. Do not buy from them they do not treat in good faith. Would not give them 1 star but I have to. Before they respond saying it was the old manager and sales agent. The New manager and sales staff Riley have left me another month without my vehicle not calling back and cancelled the deal

Came in for our vehicle check, since we’ve bought the car. Service team was really good and set up a service plan for us. Good to see our salesman who sold us the car recognised us a year later as well. Highly recommend the garage.

Excellent experience from start to finish. After initially believing I would leave ford due to my previous PCP ending and wanting a bigger car at an affordable price, Ed Cox was fantastic in helping my find the best bigger replacement whilst remaining within my budget. He is excellent at communication and ensuring I was up to date with every step of the process and I would recommend his help for anyone thinking of purchasing a new ford.

Traded in my old Fiesta for a new ST line one. Very happy with the service from Oliver who helped us throughout and talked us through all of our options for finance. Really helpful the few times I’ve had to call on them to help sort a flat tyre. Unfortunately has happened to me a couple of times but it has been fixed and sorted for me before I’ve finished work myself and with some excellent customer service too!

First time I have dealt with Evans Halshaw and they appear to be a well run dealer. Had a used Focus from Adam. He was efficient and knowledgeable.
