The massage therapist answered the phone while giving me a massage. She continued to poke me with one hand while holding the phone in the other and talking loudly. This continued for several minutes until I was so annoyed that I turned around and told her she should not be talking on the phone while giving a massage. The massage was very unprofessional, I certainly wouldn’t go back.

One of the most horrible experiences. The lady was only doing it in hurry with no hot oil / stones just because she had a bus to catch. Argued even when knowing she is wrong. Absolutely waste of money and time!

Walked in and asked for a remedial massage for myself and my 15yo daughter. The girl looked at us like we were insane and then said she'd need to check with someone. She went in the back and then came out and spoke to another woman at front. More looks of insanity. We then gave up and left. They advertise remedial massage. What's the problem?
