The service here is amazing. I was greeted at reception by somebody who seemed to care. She passed me onto the sales person who spent a lot of time with me explaining the details of my chosen car and the difference between others in the Kia range. He then took me out of the show room to let me feel the car and make my final decision. He then found a car that fitted my requirements and gave me the good news that I could have it within the week. This was the best experience in buying a car, no pressure just good advice.

Shambolic service! Used to be good, now not as good as road side garage. Poor customer service and communication. Forgot to put my wife's locking wheel on and made the car fail an MOT. Always short staffed
