Whenever i go to your shop you always help me and you are always friendly. And all the workers help all the time, your service is good and when you need something they give it to you quickly. I think that you are the best shop in Manchester.

Very poor service, was given wrong parts for my car, and when i went back to exchange, they pulled a face and i heard a few profanities made towards myself from the rear stockroom of the shop. Shop is ok, but staff are beyond rude.

bought an oil filter and oil, filter didn't fit properly in the car so went to return it, didn't take it back because it was used, how would i know if something fits unless i use it,
