When you purchase a Mercedes Benz you expect a certain level of service and customer care! Am I right? Not at Manchester central. My engine light had come on and after 2 failed attempts of getting this problem fixed I picked up my car of an evening and within minutes noticed the inside of windscreen scratched. ( as if the condensation had been wiped for visibility) I immediately complained and was told I would be contacted ASAP. Surprise surprise that never happened. I continued to call but was unsuccessful in getting a reply. 2 days later the same fault happened again. The car has been checked for a 3rd time (so fingers crossed). The manager at Mercedes central however will not accept liability for the damage and have told me it has been caused by a diamond ring as it has cut the glass. Unfortunately i DO NOT own a diamond ring. Very presumptuous I’d say as I am female 🤔. To sum it all up the customer service is appalling and will not be using Manchester central again in fact will not be owning another one after this and will be taking my business back to BMW as I have never experienced anything like this before.

Poor service, staff know nothing about their stock and dont bother to call you back, been promised callbacks several times. Couldn't even arrange a basic test drive after restrictions eased

The service I have received has been faultless. My car was delivered from Manchester to Bath, Elliott was very helpful during the sale and David could not have been more pleasant when delivering and showing me the car. I am very happy : I also had a query and contact customer service a week after the sale, who resolved my query on the day - I was concerned about buying from here when I read the reviews, particularly regarding after sales but the service I have received has been outstanding. Thank you Brett for your prompt response.

Amazing! I dealt with Andrew Bauer and Adam Harrison. Both extremely informative, honest and helpful, they literally made the whole experience a memorable one! They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. Adam and Andrew are an asset to Mercedes Benz of Manchester! 5 star service.
