It cost over 50p a minute to call them to give them business ie rent a van which incidentally was very expensive compared to other companies. This thieving practice is very out of date, I was completely unaware this call would cost anything like this much . I will never use them again, they won't get the chance to use this profiteering practice on me again

Just a word of advice for anyone thinking of renting with toll in the UK. If you inadvertently drive through a toll or get any type of ticket (parking, speeding etc) .. Hertz will charge you 42 pounds in admin fee (per incident). Just to forward the email from council.. They won't refund it. Even if your ticket is 5 pounds ! It is a money making exercise and shows you what kind of crooks they are.
