I have been hiring cars from this Avis office for the past 4 years and cant remember a time where I have had any issues. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They never push to upsell the extra insurance which I like. I am a preferred member so most time am able to collect the car within minutes of my arrival as all my details are saved on their file. Avis often have deals on and I usually manage to pick up a small hatchback for around £40-70 for 2-3 days because I book in advance, which is very good value. The cars are always clean and full of petrol. I like the fact also I have never had any issues returning the cars. The make it simple and easy to drop the car back off to them. Would definitely recommend this particular branch. I hired a car from the branch at the airport and disappointingly, I didn't have the same good experience which was a shame!

We hired a van over the Christmas period from the Avis Store Street location. firstly they didnt have the small van which we had booked so they gave us a huge one instead which was too big for us. When we returned the van. we received an invoice for a £150 for a nail in the tyre. outrageus. We will never hire from this location again!

Nothing wrong with the car or any arrangements £70 for a small van for the day. Pick up fine didn't, exceed the mileage limit, filled the car up for return. Avis staff checked the car and fuel. Final bill £158 with no explanation and no final invoice. Thanks for the robbery, avoid.

It was a good experience. They were fast and gave proper information both during the car pick up and drop. A very good option if you are going to Picadally station, Manchester.
