I LOVE Nourished Earth - I'm regularly stocking up on health food items, natural skin care, make up and enjoying a massage or facial. The staff are warm and welcoming, while offering exceptional advice on all things health and beauty. It's a must visit store on the Coffs Coast.

I visited this place on many occasions giving it another chance. However, it is unfortunate to see how these middle-aged women service their customers. Many products are culturally appropriated and it's disgraceful to hear from a close friend of the racial discrimination she faced at Nourished Earth. It's disgusting how these women lack basic human decency despite the ethos embedded behind their store. It's apparent why many people choose not to visit this store mainly because of the sales people who belittle and mock their customers.

The staff had a disgusting attitude and was very rude. Such a shame because the store looks nice but its definitely not worth dealing with such terrible customer service.
