We visited King Spas many times. Pondering what we should buy, round or rectangular spas. We looked at prices and saw many cheaper used spas advertised, but were concerned about reliability. Ray always greeted us on our visits, let us browse and answered all our questions. We bought a round reconditioned spa from King spas and could see underneath that everything, motors, pumps, heater, had been replaced. A week after delivery the heater stopped working. We phoned Ray and he drove through rush hour traffic to resolve our issue. There wasn’t a problem. We had set the switch in the wrong mode. If you want peace of mind and great support, buy your spa here.

ALERT! Expect to be ABUSED if you call them. My call was at 1:14 p.m. on 14/2/22 for a possible sale inquiry. The gentleman over the phone was so very rude to answer the phone, manner less and told me "what do I want". After giving my name, when I asked for his name he literally ABUSED me and hung up the phone. OH BOY! you not only lost my business but also attracted bad publicity.....VERY BAD

Excellent customer service from Max today. He answered all our questions and was happy to spend time with us as we moved between spas and back again as we couldn't decide. We can't wait for our spa to arrive (We arrange for 2 weeks time as we are not quite ready) and will definitely return to King Spa Pools for chemicals and any accessories when needed.

I recently bought a spar and had a small issue. After calling I had a tech called Ray come over to assist. He was fantastic, knowledgeable, professional and had the issue fixed in no time. He even gave me time for all of my questions and even went through the testing kit with me. He is definitely an asset to the company!!!
