Platinum International – Toowoomba

Extremely comfortable beds - exactly what you want when travelling. Room service is excellent with a great range of food. A nice touch is rooms have a private patio to be able to sit outside and not be in full view of anyone. Pricing on accommodation and meals is reasonable.

Great place for shirt stays. Good service very nice rooms and a pool. We have stayed inany places around Toowoomba for work stays and this is the best we have come across. Has huge parking areas. So by arrangement you can park things like small trucks and vehicles with trailers

Room was nice. But my wife and I got no sleep because of the toilet had a slow leak. Every 20 to 30 min the toilet would refill with a scream.!!! It was so loud. When I told reception he threw the key card in the draw and said in a rude manner " yeah we will get to it" next time maybe some eye contact and not just stare at the computer. For that price I would have expected better service.

I visited my grandparents at Platinum while they were staying here. Rooms were tidy and quite modern. It is also very quiet. Plenty of car parks. The only complaint that my grandparents had was that the doors were very heavy - I believe they were fire safety doors. I am a lot younger and fitter than my grandparents and even I noticed that it takes a decent effort to push them open and hold them open.

By far the best hotel in Toowoomba! I stay here regularly for business and the rooms are so clean, beds are very comfortable, hotel is very quiet, staff are very friendly and the restaurant & room service quality is second to none. I wouldn't stay anywhere else! 10/10
