This seemed a great location to leave my car for the day whilst I caught the train from Piccadilly for work. After leaving my car however I found that the pedestrian exit door appeared to be stuck closed. No staff around to help that I could see so I used the help button at the pay point, took ages for someone to answer and they weren't able to do anything except advise me to walk up the vehicle ramp to get out! Wasted 15 minutes doing all this and missed my train. V disappointing from what I thought was a good parking company - I dropped them an email about it the same day but have heard nothing back three days later.

I pre-booked through just park, to get there and find no space. Have been driving around on all floors for over 30min to be able to find a space...also the smallest spaces I ever seen. On the top of everything had to pay again because the machine didn't accept the bar code.

Really helpful and friendly parking host called Gary, made a potentially stressful situation a lot easier. He went out of his way to find us a parking space despite the car park being full. Many thanks Gary!

Great car park facility in central Manchester. It was the best price I could find for that weekend.

Great car park facility in central Manchester. It was the best price I could find for that weekend. The door was broken for the time we were there so had to talk through the car park and down the ramps each time, which was fine for us but not for someone with easy accessibility needs.

Terrible. I pre payed and was sent code to phone. The machine wouldn't scan code so had to pay again by card, so cost £23 for 3.5 hours. Nobody to get any assistance from. Will be complaining when I cool down !!! Just seems like a big scam
