I phoned and booked an appointment for a hair cut. When the young lady started to do my hair asked, do you mind if I wet your hair to cut it, I said I didn’t, she then asked if she could blow dry it and straighten it as it is better to cut it damp. I agreed to all of it but I thought it was because it was easier for her. After my haircut which I expected to be around $40-$50 tops, we went to the register where the young girl rang it up but didn’t tell me the cost, she was asking what my plans for the days were etc, she then handed me the auto pay machine and I paid, no mention of cost still. I left not thinking anything of it. That evening while doing banking I saw I had been charged $75, I was furious that I was charged the extra and not informed of the extra cost before offering it. What if I only had $40 or $50. I should have been informed before being offered the spritz of water, blow drying the ends and straightening the ends.

I went here for T-shaped foils and a cut. I was encouraged to increase to the half-head of foils. That alone took at least four hours. Then to cut my hair they wanted to blow dry it straight and use a straightener. The hair style looked good when I left but it's made my hair pretty dry and brittle. Fortunately no parking ticket (yet). Definitely need to allow the better part of a day when coming here.
