My nails were done at a random bench, near the hand washing basin. The staff were rude, and unprofessional towards me and others using their services. They also drilled into my natural nails causing pain. Furthermore I had 5 or 6 staff members working on my nails with poor communication, this led to my nails being uneaven and not the shape I wanted. Over all I am rather disappointed with awesome nails
