TOP Nails & Beauty (Next to Donut King) – Bathurst

Although a few months ago I was happy with my services, I soon came to the realisation I have been overcharged for quite a while, I now do my own nails plus a few other ladies who where ripped off at this salon. When I confronted them it was thrown back into my face “you must have asked for something else”. No… I told you before! Their sanitary standards are low, using the same file for every client, not cleaning the foot bath properly… I’ve noticed this for a while. I’d consider going to a private salon or myself if you where after a friendly chat and clean stations.

I brought my 13yr old daughter in today to have a full set of acrylics put on, it was very busy so I had to wait outside your shop until she was finished. I wasn't expecting to pay $95!!! I understand that she had nail art/design and that you told her the price but at no time did anyone come & ask me. What if I didn't have $95??? It has now left me with no money but I guess that's ok because a 13yr old agreed to that price. I'm extremely angry that you would not check with a parent that you knew was waiting outside. I won't be back and won't recommend your services anymore

Always love going here to get my nails done!! One of the best I've found in NSW for nail art, have had lots of cute designs here and they take good care to do a professional job, no injuries, thanks so much!!

I was quoted $60 then charged $90. Staff did not care that I was quoted less and said I must have asked for something different to what I got. Total rip off for what I paid and the quality of the service. Will never go back. Very unhappy

always do such a great job, last time i went in with a bunch of friends and was unable to get mine done but they did an amazing job on theirs and they all loved them, such sweet and kind hearted staff who are considerate and helpful, definitely my favourite nail place :)
