all the staff are nice but one in particular, young boy i think his called "awais or owais" young asian lad slightly chubby and wears a cap from time to time. he has to be the most rude individual i have ever met. has no manners and his customer service skills is more poor than a donkeys bottom! stopped visiting this garage only because of that idiot however the rest of the lads are super friendly and always having a laugh.

I feel this petrol station is totally discriminative against people who do not have a none fuel combusting mode of transport . Too much ounce on selling fuel, with no consideration for other modes of transport, like skate boards and penny farthings. I thought at least the gifts section may redeem this petrol station a little ... But no , I was left with more disappointment as it filled with things like car phone holders, lighter charging points and anti freeze . Which I am sure you will appreciate are neither use nor ornament to me and my rollerblades . Shame on you bp

Petrol was unavailable. No signage in place and the cashier just barked over the tannoy. I went in and he said it was the pump that was out, so I went to the next one and that said cash only. I went to the onsite cash machine and then tried to use the second pump. That didn't work. More barking. Went inside to be told it's all pumps. Absolutely disgraceful service. Couldn't have been less helpful.
