Staff members were really friendly and helpful. Despite the fact that I went after work, late in the afternoon they produced the best quality nails I've had in over 2 years. They are beautiful and faster than any other salon I've visited. Highly recommended.

First time going here. I’m visiting wagga and thought I’d get my nails done. Firstly, I asked for Matte black..I have no idea what the colour is I got. I said it was okay because I needed to leave and didn’t have time for her to redo them. And after washing my hands and going home I can now feel all the tiny cuts around my cuticles..the drill file was used too heavy handed. There is skin all around the cuticles and they look terrible. I paid $70 for something I didn’t even want..unfortunately I won’t be returning.

Really bad service 100% postive they did not change the plastic bags in the pedicure spars. waited 40 minutus and when questioned about them not changing the bags they swore they did it. While getting my pedicure I watched as some one finishesd there pedicure and a lady who worked there who was not wearing a mask put some one in the chair with out changing the bag confriming they were not changing the bags I then pointed this out and they rushed through our group of four and denied it. Now my Big toe is infected

Absolutely disgusting experience. Noticed that they were not cleaning the pedi bowls in between customers so my friend said something and they lied to our faces and said that they were cleaned when we had literally watched them not clean them! Not only that but the workers were not all wearing masks… one of them was wearing her mask on her elbow?? So effective. I feel that especially during Covid proper cleaning is needed and mask should be warn! Like I get not wanting to wear one, but the workers were literally touching us so probably need better hygiene and Covid safe practices??? Onto the actual pedi. We waited a good half an hour for a 10min pedi that I think they rushed because we called them out about not cleaning the spaces. The pedi was so rushed that they didn’t even properly work on the bottom of my feet so still had heaps of gross dead skin. The nail polish has lasted ok but I now have two ingrown toenails (previously fine). So 100% do not recommend. Please don’t go here if you value hygiene, your toes not hurting and having a positive experience where they actually properly do your feet. Also love that they have two different profiles on google so they can avoid all the negative reviews 🙄
