Very basically qualified therapist. I’m not sure if only the one with Me was unqualified or all of them are. But by the way of their speaking it was very clear that most of them were unqualified. I took a 120 mins therapy(full body) for $119 and paid before the start. There’s no shower, just hot towel wipes. Because of this I said I wouldn’t like to go ahead and want a refund. The receptionist said she doesn’t know to issue refund for card payment and asked if I can, so I gave it a try. It asked for a password for authorisation but she said the password is with her husband. Now, left with no choice I HAD go with the service as I already paid and no chance of refund seemed possible. The therapist assigned to Me seemed in a hurry, she kept on checking if I’m done with undressing. She didn’t understand English(not at all) The therapy started with back. She was good with the right side of My back with the muscle knots. But she couldn’t manage with the left side with same pressure and skill(as I said, they seemed unqualified and now I had no doubts anymore). Her nails scratched Me several times because she didn’t cut them since some time. I was feeling cold and I had to explain her to turn off that damn AC which was above Me with GESTURES(she didn’t know English at all) Finally, they ended early. We started at 10:43 and finished at 11:58 I had a devastating experience here!
