The girls here are friendly, helpful and incredibly talented at what they do. The salon itself is warm and inviting, I always feel relaxed and taken care of during my visits which I really look forward to. I've been lucky enough to have both Tara and Jazz work their magic on my hair. In every one of my appointments I've been kept informed about the current process, I've had details explained transparently, I've been given excellent advice and recommendations for styling and products and I could not be happier with the results - not only does my hair look great the day of the appointment but it looks great right through to the next one! My hair has never felt healthier. Some appointments I walk in after a long week and I feel stressed and anxious but all it takes is a nice chat with the stylists, a nice head massage and of course freshly done hair for me to once again feel confident and renewed. The colours are always fantastic and the scents of the products are really pleasant. I'm always awestruck at the beauty of the girls' work. Can't thank them enough 🥰

The first time getting my hair done! Tara was incredible and examined my hair plus it’s colour thoroughly before she started putting in highlights. She gave many suggestions and was so cautious in preserving its natural style and colour. The staff are so friendly and talented!! The salon is beautiful and so comfortable with amazing hospitality. The best place in albury for hair!!

The Last Tangle is one of the most comfortable hair salons I've ever been in. The staff are friendly and considerate, the atmosphere is fantastic and I am not made to feel out of place. As someone with tattoos and coloured hair, I was originally worried I'd be made feel unwelcome, as the place gives off a more 'upper end' vibe, but that is not the case. I have never left unsatisfied and feel comfortable giving vague ideas to my hairdresser and trusting that she'll make my hair look amazing.
