Guy on till at night needs customer services course hes rude halfway thought serving me let a man in to pay for his petrol an put the 3min sign up telling me he needs to pray. He needs to be sent on a course for his customers skills seems he has none our dosen't like job.

Great for jet wash, Sub Way, and urgent shopping essentials, but they have introduced a costly parking scheme. Best to be safe than sorry, so may be a good idea to drive past and go to Morrisons petrol station further up to avoid the risk of a parking fine.

Poor Service. Charged twice on two seperate tills after apparently the first transaction didn’t go through. Went back to demand a refund and he refused as it isn’t showing on their system, told me the card people would automatically refund me. This Never Happened! Have reported this matter to my bank as fraud! My issue was dealt with very poorly! And they also don’t put the points on to your ‘shell drivers club card’ they just scan it to make you think they are. Visits therefore aren’t recorded so you’re not collecting points. They also won’t redeem the vouchers that you get from shell. All a bit dodgy and untrustworthy, won’t be taking my custom there again.

Decent service, open late, more expensive than the nearby Morrison's petrol station usually

I had a payment issue guy called sajjad helped me really professionally with big smile thanks again sajjad.

It's the only place that stays open late into the night so you can't be too mad at the prices and the service. It has all the typical things a convenience shop should have and it even has a subway during the day which is a plus although there are too many subways in south Manchester.

Just got ripped off for £5 in there when buying BBQ tackle. I looked at him to test his reaction, like butter wouldn't melt. Thieving wetwipe, keep the fiver, you've lost a customer, gotta sh.t review and some karma on route back. Could call it a mistake, yet you'd soon know if you were under-changed a fiver. Wake up.
