The good reviews got me to the place but trust me when I say this that I will NOT be visiting again. I was made to wait for 45mins after having booked an appointment. There is a severe problem of miscommunication from the staff. I wanted to get marble nails done (they said it was possible) and the staff wouldn’t understand. I had 3 different staff members try to do the marble effect and they were unable able to do a good job. I was sitting for more than an hour. None of the staff was apologetic. There is absolutely no customer service.

My best friend and I got our nails done today; Gel (shellac) with extensions. Mine turned out awesome, really well done as usual but my friend didn’t have the same experience. The lady was a bit rough and after my friend accidentally knocked her nails on the inside of the nail polish dryer when her nails were not yet dry, the lady was quite rude to her and didn’t do a thorough job. She left nail polish on my friend’s hands with no intention of removing it so another worker cleaned it up. Her nails haven’t been filed at the same length and her shellac application wasn’t smooth. Very disappointing for her after spending $65. :/
