Blanc Spa – Melbourne

The customer service at Blanc Spa is absolutely brilliant - they’re great at making you feel at home (or even better than that!). Kumi is so lovely and incredible at what she does. I had a Swedish massage and was slightly worried that it might be painful in the tense areas - but Kumi was amazing at applying the perfect pressure and even gave me tips for how to help the tense areas at home. She also made lovely conversation which is always a win! Highly recommend!!

Blanc blew every single expectation out of the water!! Having never attended a day spa before for any such treatment, I was absolutely blown away by the service and communication from the entire team. Gabriella was phenomenal at organising space to fit me in to a very tight schedule due to some of life’s unforeseen circumstances. The girls in the spa were accommodating and made me feel incredibly comfortable. I was able to ask questions about my treatment and was given fantastic service and informative regarding my skin. I left feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and re-informed about the types of treatment I would require in the future. I would absolutely highly recommend this place for anybody considering treatments, relaxation or looking to spoil someone you love with a voucher.

Outstanding. I was given a voucher for a pregnancy massage and the whole experience was excellent. Staff were very professional and the spa itself is modern and immaculate. I’ll be back for sure.
