Wonderful place to have a massage, relax and disconnect for one hour. Jess was the specialist to apply a Deep tissue massage. She was the sweetest, funny and most professional woman ever. A part of a great time and good conversation, she treat me with care and professionalism. I will totally come back to try different services. Great to meet you Jess. Fantastic work.

If you are after Spa Manicure & Pedicure, Nourish Spa is NOT the place for you! After two years of lockdowns, I was so excited to finally get a dose of pampering. But $180 later, I didn’t even make it past the reception room. My whole Spa Experience took place in front of clients, staff, and receptionist Brook, who throughout my whole treatment kept on freaking out because she could not process a refund. Picking up messages, returning phone calls and engaging another therapist, who openly said that she is brain dead and too tired to deal with the refund. My therapist Georgie tried her best despite working with an empty bottle of hand lotion, no undercoat polish and poor colour range. The closest they had to offer to nude was hot pink, as the other bottles were on its last drop. Unfortunately, my pedicure was even worse. If you have a lower back problem don’t even bother. The reception armchairs are not suitable for this treatment. I was told that my legs were too short! Georgie wasn’t doing much better, picking up her equipment off the floor and at the end working on her hands and knees fixing up the bodged job. The images say it all ☹ If you are after a professional spa experience, Skin Day Spa in St Kilda is head and shoulders above the rest and for my nails I will be going back to BUFF in Brighton. Please don’t bother replying, instead you might use this time to restock your products and invest in training your staff. PS. The last image shows my nails day after!!!!

Booked in an appointment for my mum for her birthday, she absolutely loved it! She was seen to by Georgia and said she couldn’t have been happier with her service.
