Staff at dental spa is just amazingly cooperative. They not only fixed my problem but when I reported some unrest due to the work that was done on my tooth, they not only heard me very patiently but also offered me every possible cooperation if urgently needed and also gave me few feedback calls to check how I was feeling until I felt perfectly alright.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Friendly, informative staff who go out of their way to assist. Kids actually ask to go to the dentist! Very very good with children. Stylish practise with all the trimmings - feels more like a day spa than a dentist.

Could not have been happier with the experience and service I received from the whole team at Dentalspa Geelong. A special mention to Mathew who made me feel at ease with having my wisdom tooth removed and took the time to explain the treatment and options to me and ensured the process was comfortable every step of the way. Went there for the first time today and the reception staff were so welcoming and made me feel comfortable. I’ve had some pretty bad experiences at the dentist and this was the first positive one. Dr Matthew and his assistant were lovely, talking me through what they were doing and having a little laugh along the way. 10/10 service. So kind and caring. Can’t wait to go back!!

Absolutely first class. From the moment you are greeted by the polite and friendly reception team, sit in the super comfy waiting area with its oversized chairs and adjoining self-service cafe, to the actual clinical rooms, the attention to detail is evident at every point. My dentist was Dr Matthew and he was brilliant. Super thorough, he took his time explaining what was going on, and all their equipment was state-of-the-art. Highly recommended. Sure, it was expensive, more so if you don't have private health insurance, but I'd say it is still worth it regardless.
