The fridge was stocked with cold meats, and cheese, and the produce was actually warm. Checked with the teller and mate them aware... he said they already know, and likely wont do anything about it. Very poor is food safety

Morrisons is excellent for fresh produce, brilliant meat counter courtesy of Keith who is a very knowledgeable butcher and always happy to help and advise. Other elements of the store need work, too few staff who are stressed, and really stretched to capacity, down to poor management. Shelves are often empty of essentials. Overall clean and tidy and some of the best bread makers in town.

Always well stocked, prices are reasonable, sometimes at checkout the staff are stressed BUT still polite and talkative. I don't blame them for that, dealing with many customers who want to moan about anything and everything would test the patience of an angel. Try treating them with respect and be polite. Manners cost nothing

4/ 5

Great supermarket, clean, tidy and always well stocked. All the produce is always nice and fresh and it's relatively easy to find what you're looking for. We especially like the addition of the party area, that supplies balloons, banners, ribbons, helium balloons, cakes and now catering ideas as well. Great idea to make your party that much easier to organise, well done Morrisons.

4/ 5

Morrisons Whitefield have been one of the better supermarkets during the lockdowns. The produce is generally good quality although there are still issues with sell by dates and fresh veg is often on the edge of going soft (particularly loose peppers and broccoli). The meat is good quality and there is a good range of products. I feel like it is being better managed than 12 months ago, when there were real problems here.

Yet another underperforming Cafe....air conditioning blowing cold air in a place that's already cold...😖 Ladies toilets a certain waste bin for ladies full....🥴 It's sadly a common theme in lots of stores....also it seems cash is going to be eradicated from the cafe payment option..??? Do these new owners really know what they have bought...🤔🤔🤔 Finally saw three managers stood at the tills whilst the toilets yet again Morrison's fail to hit the standard...Proactive not reactivate is the only way to get standards up.
