Essentials Spa of Orange City – Orange

I was so pleased with my visit! Their prices are very good. This was my second pro massage but my first time here. Jillian was very knowledgeable and really knocked out my shoulder and neck pain. Everything was clean and professional. And the lady at the front desk who is also a esthetician (I'm sorry I can't remember your name) was very nice and professional. Thank you for a great experience. Will definitely be coming here for my next appointment.

I am currently visiting in the Central Florida area and I really needed to get my legs waxed badly. The Spa, is essentially 4 minutes away from where I am staying and I saw that the reviews were good so I made an appointment via online. The spa is very cute, quiet and accessible. My wax tech was running late (which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5), but seeing how I didn't have anything else scheduled I did not mind. My waxer was wonderful, we chatted while she waxed my legs, she explained why she used soft wax instead of hard wax on my legs for me and she got every single hair. My legs are smooth and fuzz free. I definitely will go to this spa again whenever I need a leg wax.

I came in here with so much excitement after I seen the reviews I do frequently get massages with a specific parlor but I decided to try something new because of how good the reviews look, The place is actually beautiful and the people at the front desk were very nice and professional. Now when it came to my massage as soon as this woman walked into the front office she started sighing, I just thought to myself I really hope I don’t get her because I could tell she was either frustrated or didn’t want to work. The woman then picked up my paper called my name and introduced herself she seemed nice, when my massage began I’m not sure what the situation is behind it but the woman was breathing on me heavy out of her mouth over me, I could not relax at all with that, as well as she mumbled alot under her breath, I almost wanted to just tell her I didn’t want the massage to continue but I didn’t wanna be rude. I also want to state that I paid for an hour massage and my massage started Late, and ended early. Need to say those combined were 20 min of a massage. 10 minute short of a 30 minute massage, but like I’ve stated I paid for an hour massage. The next day I called into the office and spoke to them at the desk and I told her my situation and I let her know I wanted to speak to someone about the situation, she told me someone would get back to me and I haven’t heard anything and it’s been over a week in a couple days. I guess they really just don’t care about it because the situation already passed and I paid but the customer service scale isn’t there. I obviously will not be returning here need to say for the lack of costumer service of an unhappy experience. Especially when I’m paying for a service and it is not completed 100 as requested.

Horrible. Nobody gave me the chance to discuss what type of massage I wanted. The masseuse didn't ask either, front desk and the masseuse blamed each other. I would rather rub lotion on myself than pay someone to do it for me. Before the massage I asked if I could add hot stone to my massage and he told me it would only take away time from my massage, which I wish I would have sacrificed. It took everything I had not to tell him to stop and let me up to leave. I clearly stated on my intake form, pain relief was my goal. I left feeling like I needed to stretch. He complained that the ac wasn't on and he was sweating so much he would look like he just got out of the shower while "working" I would have paid so much more money for a great experience, a day I was taking for myself that I never get to do,and yet I paid to have an amateur give me a worse massage than I could do by myself. They must give perks for people who rate this place 5 stars because I cannot comprehend how anyone could give this place 5 stars, it was genuinely the worst massage I've ever had. And also felt disgusting after the masseuse told me how much he was sweating. Is it lotion or sweat you're rubbing on me for my money? Gross. Dont go here. Trust me.

My first visit to Essentials. Joyce is an excellent massage therapist. I had a delightful 1 hour relaxing massage and a pineapple exfoliation and massage on my feet. Just perfect. I will start going regularly.
