This place brings back horrid memories. Stayed here with my 2 month old when I became homeless a year ago. This is a hostel and should not be classified as anything else. Great location. Shame about the place and staff.

Spa Day. Where do I start? On arrival, the staff were friendly and went through the formalities. Changing room and shower. Cleanliness was poor, dusty equipment, hairs in sinks, showers with discarded tampons on the floor, toilets to be desired. Pool - I got hair tangled in my fingers, there was a dark tied mark all around the water level. The floor was full of black bits. Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna was the same. There was tumbleweed like clumps of dust and hair around the floor and debris in the area outside the relaxation room. Used cups and towels left in the relaxation room. Afternoon tea - the area allocated was to be desired. Floor with bits all over including a chip. Refused to sit in that area. The service was very slow, although the staff were pleasant. There seemed to be more care taken of the gardens than the interer. The one positive was the back neck and shoulder massage was good.

People need to manage their expectations. This is a budget hotel. The price is good considering how easy it is to get in and out of the city centre. The rooms are basic, but they are clean and the staff are kind and helpful.

It's a basic budget hotel. It's clean and cheap. I must admit I didn't brave the breakfast, but if you don't mind the fact its not going to have anything exciting and you just need a roof over your head for the night then this is the hotel for you.

VERY BAD experience as they gave a room that was painted not too long ago, the window was open when I walked into the room, so I didn't notice nothing, but hours later when I came back to the room, I closed the window & honestly, COULD'T BE THERE DUE TO THE SMELL, been forced myself to have the same room during the night & sleep with the open window of course!!, Due to this, I'm still feeling sick. At the morning I spoke to the manager-owner, who WAS LITTLE BIT AGGRESSIVE & TOTALLY OUT OF ORDER!!! Even he told me the room was painted long time ago; he was not saying the true as painters was still working on the buiding.
