For a budget hotel, this was a great place to stay! It was centrally located for visiting things but not so much so that you were literally in the center of Manchester. The room was pretty standard but very clean, a comfy bed and decent shower! The staff were so friendly, attentive and accommodating though - if you needed anything, you messaged reception and they would sort it within 5 minuted! An amazing service, particularly considering the price paid!

Excellent location. Excellent WiFi. Cold room. Window didn't close properly. Walls falling off. Noisy. Good breakfast. No vegan options. At least a non dairy milk with cereal 🥣 would have been better. Leaking shower 🚿 please check photos for the appalling wall. Didn't get time to record leaking shower. Third floor room 316 is in dire condition

Hotel configured for a good nights sleep - first class shower. Bed was fine. Clean and right temperature room. Some street noise but I don't mind that myself. Happily stay here again
