5/ 5

Loved my stay at Hatters, though it lasted for one night. The girl at the counter was super helpful and friendly, sadly I don't remember her name. The breakfast was modest but worth the money. The rooms were rather huge and accommodating, and they were clean. I had a good stay.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. The dirtiest place I’ve ever seen, full of homeless and junkies. After 2 nights there I was sick for a whole week. The pictures are nothing like how it looks in real life. Staff also weird and unfriendly and lots of dodgy people hanging out there who don’t seem to be guests. The floor in the room was really dirty and old, the bathrooms locked rotten, only cold water, broken showers, broken windows. Proper horror movie. Don’t ever go there!!!!!

Never been in a abandoned warehouse crack den but this is what I’d imagine it to be like. Very Fight Club esk with loud springy beds that wakes up the room if you imagine twitching or breathing. Great if you need a place to literally crash and grab some inclusive breakfast. Being upgraded soon they say.

Price is alright. Close by to Piccadilly Garden, staff is helpful but that's about it. Poorly maintained. Lift isn't working, washrooms are in dire need of improvement. Giving it 2 stars just because of staff and proximity to station etc.

Wretched. A dirty damp squalor. Worst hostel I've ever come across. Rude staff, dirty environment, terrible beds. To top it off I found a man sleeping in my bed when I got to the hostel and was told by staff to find another random bed of which had no pillow!

My phone was stolen by one of my roommates. They had cctv footage of the whole incident. Did not cooperate. That is aside from the fact that the accommodations are completely filthy and tattered.
