Just went for drinks in the bar here. Really welcoming staff and the lounge area was comfortable and lovely and warm. The guy who served us was fun and friendly and we enjoyed our bit of banter with him. The drinks were very reasonably priced for a city centre hotel. Overall I was impressed.

I wasn't a customer,i was waiting for a friend who was having a conference downstairs. Friendly staff allowed me to pray in a quiet room in the hotel. Impressed. 5 stars.

Love this place. Rooms are always nice. Great shower and four decent pillows on the bed. All the necessities too. Great breakfast choice as always and catered for my milk allergy with soya alternatives.

Very comfortable and easy stay. Great location in Manchester city centre not far to walk to the centre of the city or far from the train station. Room was clean and comfortable which is all you need but not specifically outstanding. Bed was comfortable. Would likely use again for a Manchester stay over.

Good location, room was clean but painted a really dark green. Lighting in room really poor. Staff in the bar and restaurant were fantastic. Food was excellent and service great.

We had a fixed menu off Groupon. However when I picked what I wanted off the menu which was a starter a main and a sweet. They didn't have any of the dishes advertised and I had to have three different dishes that I did really want
