DO NOT GO HERE FOR EYEBROW WAXING!!! Eyebrows are now uneven and have been waxed extremely thin. I am now embarrassed to have anyone see them until the hair grows back.

Awful customer service, she was rough with my head and rude. I do not recommend for eyebrow waxing. She waxed my arch off so now I have a saggy eyebrow and waxed too much form the middle so I look like I have room for a truck to park between my eyebrows. I asked to see half way through as it didn’t feel right and the response was “no I’m not finished”. I told her at the end that they were not as I expected and she didn’t follow my already shaped brows that just needed a tidy up like discussed, there was no response or apology. Very disappointed, cried for hours after the appointment. I was meant to get a tint but I was so afraid she would stuff that as well I asked her not to. This will take many months to grow back and re shape.
