Beautiful hotel, great decor, exceptional customer service, couldn’t fault it. The food was the usual posh affair in hotels where they give you something you probably wouldn’t normally put together, but that keeps things interesting! Today it was coronation chicken with pine nuts. Definitely flavours that worked well. The rest of the food was also good.

I’ve been staying at this hotel twice. Location is great, only walking away to shopping center, cafes, station, Cathedral and mostly closed to anywhere. Food are very nice. Juices are the best! Staffs are friendly and nice. I always run the city every morning, very nice.

Great location. Spacious room. Gym and pool facilities top notch. Loses a star for the price of the breakfast. I'd pay that for a three course meal.

Without doubt one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The staff are great & the service is accommodating with nothing too much trouble. The room & facilities are 1st class & the library bar is a great with a lovely ambience to it. I’d recommend this place to anyone, it’s location is ideal for drinks or food nearby along with a car park around the corner which comes at a discounted rate to guests of the hotel. 5* from me in every single way!...I have already re-booked for another stay & will be back for many more in future!

Great place to stay in the centre. Lovely staff, great food too, pricier than going out for your breakfast but worth it to stay in the room. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was great. Would definitely recommend if your wanting somewhere nice and quiet to stay in the centre. 5 star review for a 5 star place.

Gary Roberts from head concierge was absolutely amazing. He gave the stay a five star standard. He booked are nights out sorted are parking and nothing was too much for him to assist our stay in Manchester at Edwardian. He should be the manager as I never saw him or her?!

Poor customer service upon arrival and leaving. Dirty Room and bathroom. Didn’t answer the reception phone when calling down. For £384 for one night value for money was appalling. We would not stop here again. The Hilton is much better hotel in all departments! Better staff and quality of rooms. Management at the Edwardian was so unprofessional.

Just stayed here for two nights in one of the city view rooms. Wasn't overly impressed and definitely didn't think it was a 5 star experience. Whilst the reception area and bar/restaurant is beautiful. The bedroom felt very worn and definitely not luxury on the plus side an amazing view and comfortable bed but even that was very low and almost on the floor. There was no mini bar and the fridge was not working properly. Used the hotel bar one night too and received a very poor welcome from the staff the barman in particular was very rude in his demeanor and then on leaving the bar one of the waiters virtually accused us of leaving without paying. Also asked for an ice bucket and some champagne glasses for my room and was told it would cost 5.00 to bring it to me. 5.00 for what ??? A 5 star hotel that isn't exactly cheap and should do these things as basic hospitality ?? Nice hotel. Poor customer service and didn't feel a 5 star experience at all. Then to top it off they charged us twice for the room !!!! We were then told because of there incompatncy we would have to wait 10 days to get the money back !!!! Definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel and we won't be coming back. To list yourself as a 5 star hotel and have such a poor experience with you was not good at all.
