The service was friendly and professional and their colour range was so good. I'd never had my nails done before and was a bit nervous but the staff was great and very helpful and I enjoyed the experience and result so much I'm getting more as a Mothers Day Treat.

My daughter and I recently spoiled ourselves with a manicure and pedicure and she absolutely loved it! My pedicure was not as good as has been before with the "full" service not what I had expected it to be from previous visits. The manicure though was great! We'll definitely be back 😁

Absolutely beautiful. Exactly what I asked for, even exceeded my expectations. They did swap nail technicians a few times but during busy hours it is understandable. Especially with the level of skill each one has. But they all did such an amazing job and kept checking in if I was happy with the work. Such a talented bunch or people. Thank you so much

Staff were accepting clients they couldn’t immediately service, instead of instructing to come back. They were starting a job and not finishing it, going back and forth between clients. We came as a bridal party of three, sat seperate and took over 2 hours to complete us all. The colours were not matched correctly; or applied properly. Then there was no eftpos available. Was a horrible wedding week experience!! Have to go get my nails fixed elsewhere tomorrow

I went in with my Granddaughter and her mum, I was paying for it all as a birthday treat. My granddaughters mum got great service and nails looked great. My granddaughters toes look great but her nail polish is very patchy and didn’t even clean underneath them. My nails are terrible, firstly the wrong colour went on to start, only half took the wrong colour off so when putting the dusky pink colour on it now look bronze and will not look great with the pink outfit I’m wearing to the wedding I’m attending, she didn’t push back my cuticles and gave my short nails a once over with a soft file they are uneven and the nails all slant in different directions. The SNS polish is so thick and it catches in my hair and in my granddaughters hair when I do it. Pedicure wasn’t too bad but for $304 for us all I feel very ripped off. I have gone to this salon for at least 3 years but no longer.
