Well this was certainly not a good experience sitting having a pedicure & not been spoken to or asked how or if I would Like the massage chair. Just switched it on & walked away & got another staff member to complete the pedicure. Felt so degraded Belittled another staff member in front of clients. Spoke to their other staff members whilst ignoring their clients Took me overnight to recover. Then returned to put a complaint in only to find out it was the owner / manager whose behaviour I was addressing. Well there will be no returning for me & my friends

My daughter had an unpleasant experience when getting her nails done. The nail job itself was good but she was treated rudely. She was impatient when my daughter was trying to make choices, She spoke very abruptly & was never pleasant throughout the whole experience. I contacted her directly to resolve the situation however she was argumentative & non apologetic & didn’t seem to grasp the concept of customer satisfaction. Don’t go there if you want a nice pleasant experience.

Such a beautifully clean and modern salon. The manicure tables have built in lamps to set the gel polish! My grown out acrylics needed infill and gel polish. It took 1/2 hour!! So quick, so fabulous!! The owner was professional, friendly, quick and precise. Thank you Tracey xx
