I usually love this place. Always do a really good job, however, I had to wait for over an hour today and I didn’t even get the foil off. I just did it myself and walked out, an hour was way to long and they weren’t coming to me anytime soon, they served 2 girls who weren’t even there before my appointment. Will probably not go here anymore, it was really ridiculous and not the first time to happen. Thanks.

Went here today for SNS, expected to get really quick service as there was only 1 other customer in there. There was 3 workers and 2 were working on the same person and the other one was sitting at the back on her phone. Took them 5 minutes to decide to come up to the desk (They definitely saw me as they made eye contact multiple times). I sat there with the foil on my nails for about 30 minutes until my fingers starting burning so I took them off myself. ( Ladies were starting other peoples nails while I was sitting there with burning nails) The lady who did my nails was very rude and rough. She made my fingers bleed from overfilling them and making them burn. It took this lady 2 HOURS to finish my nails finally. I will never be going back here again after my awful experience.
