Hotel is convenient if you are there to watch a match as it is located right across the football stadium. Had issues with the temperature in my room - it kept getting extremely cold. Hotel is old and dated, could do with update. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely Premier in. Great location for the football and cricket. Ideally situated near media city and Salford Lowery. Well connected to nearby public transport links. Car parking is complimentary and quite spacious. Also recommend the lovely breakfast service. Will definitely be stopping again.

I arrived just after 11pm Saturday night, it took a while for someone to attend their station, nonetheless the gentleman was polite. The room set out was perfect for what I required, the only downfall was it required a deep clean, bathroom that was. The next morning we ate breakfast in restaurant which provided a variety of choices, having fussy eaters (kids) this was delightful. Checking out was a bit of a nightmare, after about 5-6 minutes of queuing I had to ask for the checking out box as by this time the lobby got quite full really quickly of customers trying to check out. It should had been common knowledge to know what time checking out is, to then prepare by providing customers the checking out box for a hassle free checkout.

Very unfriendly arrival once I arrived at the hotel. Website was full of misinformation, no where did it state that the child staying in the room had to be under 16. When I explained this to the manager I was spoken to very poorly with the response “book another room” . Very rude staff, didn’t feel comfortable or made welcome at all. Would not recommend. IBIS hotel nearby would’ve been a better stay, that’s where my friend stayed. Much better service. Would recommend there, it’s a lot cheaper too.

Came in here for something to eat & drink to kill time before a match at Old Trafford, not expecting anything special. Instead, we got fantastic food that was served quickly and it wasn't too expensive either. The staff were all very helpful and extremely friendly, nothing was too much for them and were willing to help in any way they could. Although the bar was quite busy (as to be expected on a match day) the bar service was fast and friendly. Unfortunately as we were just in Manchester for a day, we didn't stay in the hotel but this experience would absolutely convince me to book here in the future.

Came to stay here for a concert on 8/10/21, and it was great! There was a long line at check-in but the reception staff were checking people in quickly so we didn't have to wait long. We booked a Premier plus room and it was spotless! Just a shame that we couldn't try the coffee machine, as there were no coffee pods, but this didn't matter too much as I assume it was because of supply problems, and we still had the chocolates and teabags as usual. Breakfast was so nice, with loads of variety and the restaurant itself was lovely too. All the staff were very helpful, but the man working on the reception at night (and was still there in the morning) was absolutely lovely. He didn't have a name badge on, but he deserves recognition for being so nice! Will definitely stay again if I am in the area. 😁

Stayed here August this year and I was truly impressed. Before I made my booking I contacted the hotel and I spoke with Mark who took the time to explain the parking arrangements and also went far and beyond by choosing a room that works well with my plans. So what do you need to know about the hotel? 1. It's well situated 2. Parking is free for guests (you need to input your car registration at reception) 3. Air conditioning works perfectly in the room 4. There is a tram station nearby 5. Football stadium is just right outside 6. Two views when booking your room (football stadium or water view) 7. Lifts works perfectly 8. Loads of power sockets in the room so you can plug anything and everything 9. Great meal at hotel (I paid for the breakfast meal when as required). This was made easy by Isobel who ushered us in at the breakfast room 10. Access into hotel after out of hours (there is a key tab you can tap and the doors would open). All in all, I had a great time and I would like to thank Mark and Isobel for making my visit memorable

It's not a bad hotel when it comes to location, the staff were extremely polite, friendly and very helpful. The room was tidy, but NOT clean (all sorts of hairs in the bathroom, cobwebs around the bed / wardrobe and dust). The day I checked in the lifts weren't working, as a disabled person this can be a problem, the staff were quick to offer me a ground floor room, but as I only use walking aids, I thought it be best to leave an accessible room on the ground floor vacant for a wheelchair user. I was only on the 2nd floor, so I was happy with that.
