Looks really nice . Haven't been inside the actual hotel. I parked my car in the hotel car park, because I went to the building right next door. I payed for a car park ticket , even had to type in my car registration . Then a month later I get a fine of a 100 pounds through the post . So I don't really like this place .

Good mid-market hotel in an attractive location overlooking the water, which is particularly convenient for both Old Trafford and The Lowry. It has all the basic amenities you need and the breakfasts are definitely a notch better than in most similar chains, both in variety and quality.

A decent quality hotel in an ideal location. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the young Chinese lady on reception who went out of her way when requested to assist. Food is excellent though took time to arrive on the day of the stay and is priced at hotel rates. Rooms were well furnished, and I had one of my better nights sleep at this hotel [I stay at various hotels for business] so, will certainly recommend spending a night there. The only gripe I have is I booked this hotel 4 months in advance for £125 [one-night stay] and only discovered on the day that the same room was going for £109. Something those who book need to be aware of!!!

Very nice. Love and well situated too. Staff we nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice however the plates were warmed up to the point I couldn't handle them. Small issue for a great hotel.

Lovely stay, warm and welcoming. Shower is perfect with powerful water flow and temperature. Location is great, just enough out of city but opposite the tramline to hop on for a few quid. Free parking outside the hotel and none of the city fuss like other hotels, either paying additional charges or parking miles away with luggage. Highly recommended and would definitely come back.

Nice enough hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms good size and large comfy beds. Noisy road on street side, very peaceful if facing onto the quays. Limited bar menu as restaurant was closed during visit.

Good central hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. My only issue was a lot of what I can only assume were contractors with some very colourful language in the bar which embarrassed my wife so we had to leave.
