Spent 2 nights at this hotel. The room appeared to have been recently renovated and was in good condition, short of a number of lights not working (at night we either had the light of God or no light at all). The staff were great. The only real issue was the cleanliness of the bathroom which had some left over hair ties and sand in the shower. This was only a minor issue and hotel staff were not notified of this.

I haven't even left this place would love to but have paid for room will have to stay. When I book this stay here I ask for the show and stay package. I was quote a price and double checked price and package deal before getting off the phone. I booked on the 4th of March hoping to get good seats for the show. I received a confirmation email stating show and stay package. When I arrived today the receptionist had no idea what she was doing, I paid the quoted price and received key and breakfast vouchers. When I asked about tickets for show she had no idea what was talking about. The other receptionist said I had to go over to twin towns to get the tickets. I said they have been paid for in the cost and both said yes. When I went over to twin towns Ticket office there were no tickets for me. They had not been ordered or paid for. So extra expense for tickets and as the show was nearly sold out our seating is in the back very back of venue. To pay nearly three hundred dollars for a room over looking roofs , plus with stained towels, dirty mirrors and taps. NOT HAPPY. We are on a pension and we saved to come here looking forward to the show and a little rest. Thank you for making our whole experience a nightmare and expensive. I really hope your breakfast is worth it.

Where to start? After my first night stay my room wasn't made up, however the cleaning staff did come around at 4pm and asked if I wanted it made up, I just got in for the day and declined. They advertised free wifi but it wasn't available. No room service of any sort but you could charge back from the club which I did but had to chase up the invoice after my stay. I checked out early however the reception desk was unattended so I left my keys in the "early checkout" box. After several days I hadn't been emailed an invoice so I called to inquire about it only to find the staff was totally oblivious to my not being there. So it would appear the staff were not only unable to tell when I was there but when I wasn't either ! They were happy enough to charge me for the 4 nights I hadn't spent there though and likely would have continued to charge me to the end of my reservation. At over $200/night for an average room at best I would expect a small degree of awareness as to who and who wasn't checked in to the hotel.
