The apartment was situated next to a rail line and woke us up every time a train went past. The furniture was very cheap and dated, bed was also a cheap old wooden base type and uncomfortable. Location was the only good point next to the marina area.

We couldn’t access the accommodation due to flooding, road closures and poor weather. We requested a credit due to us not canceling but it was advised by emergency services not to attend Coffs Harbour. We booked through booking.com and they agreed to giving us a credit but the accommodation refused to give a credit. Very disappointed wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

3/ 5

e spent 1 night at the Pacific Marina Apartments in a one bedroom apartment (was actually a 2 bedroom and we were asked not to use the other room or bathroom or we would be charged the 2 bedroom rate. The grounds of the resort are lovely and offer great walking tracks so you can stroll around the lagoon and to the beach. The apartment was spacious and comfortable but not very private. The vertical blinds were missing a blind in the living area and being on the ground floor, at night with the lights on, people were able to see right in if they were pass by. There was also a gap in the bedroom blinds too where you could see straight into the shower. This property is right on the train line. We got woken 4 times throughout the night by trains passing by.

3/ 5

I have only given 3 stars due to the train noise at the back of the apartments. We actually checked out a day early as we spent every 2 hours through the night listening to the trains horns. I think if they did not do the horns we may have slept threw. The apartments themselves are spacious, well kept and everything you need is there.
