Stayed here for our baby moon. Mixed weather of beautiful and heavy rain our stay has been excellent. The staff have been so genuine and happy to help with our enquiries. During the rain we could enjoy the spa & sauna in the gym. In the sun/light rain My partner and I had our very first game of golf. Scott at the golf shop made sure we had a great experience and gave us some tips to start. Safe to say we will continue our novice golfing skills after this trip. The course was a great start.

We got married at Pacific Bay Resort and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful wedding venue! 🌴🌸😍 We chose this venue as we had a destination wedding and it had everything we wanted within the resort - a ceremony location, restaurant and accommodation for our guests. The ceremony green is a perfect location for ceremonies with a stunning background which looks magnificent in our photos. The bayside bar and grill restaurant is a lovely setting for dinner. We opted for the bbq buffet and our guests were thrilled with how large and delicious their meals were. The easy access to the beach and gardens via golf buggies were also great for our photo shoot. Sharon was so professional to work with and she does an amazing job! From start to finish she went above and beyond to help our special day come to life and we can’t thank her enough for all of her hard work! Also, a huge thank you to all the friendly receptionists, waiters and bar staff for their excellent service, not only on the wedding night but throughout our whole stay. Overall, I would recommend Pacific Bay Resort to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxed vibe but professional wedding venue. We couldn’t fault our experience and we are so very grateful. Thank you so much Sharon and the staff, you’re all amazing!! 💗💗💗

Reasonably clean room however, the tap on the hot shower and tap handle in laundry kept falling off, hot and cold tap of washing machine were ceased and couldn't shower without a loud hammering noise from the cold tap, constant drip in vanity cold tap so I put a hand towel under it and only used the hot tap, microwave had a strong pungent smell of curry, oven dirty and smelt of burnt fat, fridge door had yo be pushed hard to make sure it was closed, quilt did not have a cover on it, and my socks were black from floor. TV'S worked, extra towels,, and bed reasonably comfortable.

Limited undercover parking, so take a brolly if it's wet. No trolleys to take things from your car, so be prepared for a couple of trips if you have a lot of stuff. That's it really. Everything else was excellent. Unit was immaculate. Bed was firmish but comfortable. Recommend for a few days or weeks. Lots to do. We cooked our own meals but others said restaurant was ok.

The grounds are beautiful. Staff are very friendly. Pools are great. But my overall experience of this place is extremely over priced for what you get. The rooms are tired and out dated. The fridge in our room was dodgy and all drinks we put in it were frozen in the morning. No one came once in 3days to ask if we wanted fresh towels or bathroom supplies or to ask if we wanted our room cleaned. No room service. No breakfast included for almost $300 a night u kinda expect breakfast to be included but it seemed that they don't do that at all. I stayed here because my friends got married here and the service was amazing for the event but would not stay here again if I was going to Coffs Harbour.
