The room we rented privately via Airbnb was very nice, with a big bed, 4K TV, and hot tub, but the surrounding resort was disappointing. Most facilities (chapel, lake, games room, tennis court, restaurant) were not operating or maintained. The site office was not manned. Laundry was quite outdated and required a lot of $1 coins.

There was no one at the desk or reception to cancel our stay and get a partial or full refund as the room was disgusting. If I don't hear anything about this soon, I will be legally pursuing this matter as I have never encountered such false advertising and pictured/videos of everything. Curtains were half a meter from closing, milk expired and curdled, black mould on the ceiling in and outside, sheets has frayed fabric and half the bed was stuffed. Hole in the wall. Expected to do your own cleaning or YOU WILL BE CHARGED written on the tiniest sign! So beware. Water leaks from the bath to the floor. Used toiletries and lights missing. For nearly 150 a night they are having a laugh. Worth 80 at a stretch.

This place is covered in grime, the taps are near impossible to turn off, one of the fridge's were filled with mold, holes in the walls, simply being in the kitchen would probably give you food poisoning. We planned to stay 3 nights but after staying 1 night booked somewhere else.
