I have lovely memories of this park as a child,it was really beautiful, the varieties of Rhododendrons was spectacular, the pond lovely, gardens lovely, The conservatory was open, it was lovely, there was a cafe,and lovely figures of the family around. There was an aviary, and public toilets, it's now a sad version of its former glory unfortunately.

Great walks for dogs and people. Lots of paths through woods and along a stream. Love it

Beautiful! Walking. Cycling. Alone with friends or family. Just beautiful! I come here often and will forever return!

Great place for a walk. Signposts could be a bit clearer though.

It's a little gem this place, a bit hard to get to, its popular with young families because of the playground and the farm animals in the surrounding fields parking is free and there are no public toilets. There are mountain bike tracks clearly marked and walking paths. There is a serene garden with seating areas and a perfectly good lawn to picnic on if inclined.

Today we had a very nice walk with a group of people. It was organised to find and learn about fungi. Also we had a chance to join the park's apple fair. They have a lovely converted barn to use for the public including toilet as well.

Great park & forest to get lost in. Definitely takes some time to see everything, but it's absolutely worth it. Loved to see the old buildings, some cows and all the wildlife and water. Beautiful!

Scary bridge. Nice views. Loads of parking. Great for mountain biking and dog walking. Also two playgrounds for kids.

Lush, green and quiet. Good for walks and picnics when the weather is good.

Loved the walking through woods and by the lakes. Very pleasurable time spent.
